Web Design Services Agreement & Terms
Effective Date: October 2026. By submitting a project request and accepting a quote with Linkenza Creative Studio ("Linkenza", "we", "us"), you ("Client", "you") agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Work & Fixed Price Quotation
Linkenza provides custom web design, frontend development, and responsive website assembly based on the package and add-ons detailed in the official project quote. Any requested feature not explicitly listed in the accepted quote constitutes out-of-scope work and will be quoted separately.
2. 50/50 Milestone Payment Structure
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, projects are split into two equal milestones:
- 50% Advance Milestone Deposit: Required to commence design, layout structuring, and code development.
- 50% Final Milestone: Due upon completion and approval of the live staging preview link, prior to final source code handoff or production DNS transfer.
3. Revision Policy & Limits
Each package includes a specified number of consolidated revision rounds (1 for Starter, 2 for Business, 3 for Growth). A revision round consists of a grouped batch of styling, copy, or layout adjustments provided by the client. Revisions do not include structural redesigns or complete scope changes once layouts are approved. Additional revisions can be purchased at $15 per review.
4. Client Content & Intellectual Property
The Client is solely responsible for supplying text copy, images, and logos for their website, ensuring they possess legal copyright or license for all provided assets. Upon receipt of full 100% payment, the Client owns all custom frontend markup, styling, and graphics created specifically for their project. Linkenza retains the right to display non-confidential project screenshots in our portfolio.
5. Academic Integrity Disclaimer for Student Projects
For student packages ($20–$30): Linkenza constructs project demonstration interfaces, portfolios, and provides cloud hosting guidance. Linkenza strictly prohibits ghostwriting academic theses, solving graded university exams, or completing graded individual academic coursework.
